A studio that shows up with the work done.
Site Unseen Studio rebuilds websites for small businesses before they ask, then lets the owner decide with the finished thing in front of them.

Lilli May
Founder. Fifteen years in marketing and sales.
I’ve spent my career on the other side of the table from web agencies, for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike: writing the briefs, waiting on the work and paying the invoices. The part that always seemed backwards was being asked to commit before seeing anything.
So this studio works the other way round. You see the site first. If it’s clearly better than what you have, the decision is easy. If it isn’t, you owe us nothing and we’ve learnt something.
How the sites get made
Three things, in roughly equal parts.
Our own AI tool stack
It reads your current site, gathers your photos and words, and does the building. That speed is what lets us make a preview before anyone has paid.
Old-fashioned design practice
A clear headline, a strong photo, a phone number you can find. Decisions about what goes where are made by a person, for your customers.
Fifteen years of marketing and sales
A good-looking site that doesn’t make the phone ring is decoration. Every page is built around the one thing you want a visitor to do.
House rules
- Your preview is private until you buy it.
- We use your own material, and only to show you your own site.
- One email, written to you by a person. If you say no, that’s the last one.
- No promises about rankings or sales.
- You own what you pay for.
See yours before you spend a cent.
Tell us where your current site lives. We’ll rebuild it with your own logo, photos and words, and send you a private link.
- Free, with no obligation to buy
- Private link that search engines can’t find
- Not for you? Say so and we delete it
We take on a handful of requests each week, so we may not get to every one. No website at all yet? Put your Google or Facebook page in the box.
